Carpet Cleaning Is Now Rocket Science

A technology that was developed for use in outer space may now help zap dirt and allergens in your home. It's yet another case where "rocket science" has come home to improve life on earth. The technology, an X-ray analyzer "gun" used on Space Shuttle Discovery, has been adapted to measure exactly how much soil cleaning products remove from carpet. That's good news for homeowners because this technology is being used to keep today's durable stain-resistant rugs cleaner and help them last even longer. Periodic Deep Cleaning Vacuums and wet-cleaning equipment that you buy or rent can remove loose soil, spots and spills. But even with this type of regular cleaning, soil builds up. Proper carpet care requires periodic deep cleaning, preferably every 12 to 18 months, to remove trapped soil and residues, say experts. Professionals using portable extractors and equipment mounted in service vans do this type of cleaning. Your carpet warranty may require such periodic cleaning. Not all cleaning equipment and solutions clean equally well. Independent testing shows that various cleaning detergents and spot removers clean no better than water. These cleaning products can leave a sticky residue that attracts soil back to the carpet, degrading carpet appearance. There are also vast differences in the soil removal capability of carpet cleaning equipment, especially extractors. Seal of Approval Fortunately, the X-ray fluorescence technology enhanced by NASA has allowed the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) to develop a new Seal of Approval testing and certification program for carpet cleaning products. Only those products meeting high performance standards receive the bronze-, silver- or gold-level Seal of Approval. This not only helps customers recognize quality products, but it also highlights the best methods for preserving the life and beauty of carpet.

Sugar Land - The Houston Metro Area Is Now The Most Important For The Maid Industry In Texas

Sugar Land TX – Sugar Land and the Houston Metro area is now by far the most important in Texas for the Maid Industry. Employment diversity in the region is particularly high, with over 75 percent of jobs require a college degree and a high percentage of Millenials choosing to live in and around Sugar Land.
Statistics show that millennials are significantly more likely to employ the services of a house cleaning company, as they believe that this type of service is better to pay for, rather than to spend time doing it. As the percentage of homes within the Houston Metro area that are utilizing the services of a house cleaning company continues to rise, the importance of the area to the industry has increased exponentially.
One of the leading maid cleaning companies in the area Ready Set Maids is constantly recruiting new members of staff in order to keep up with the increased demand. The company, which consistently receives positive reviews from delighted customers, sets high standards for anyone wishing to join them. However, because the area has established such a positive reputation for employment within the industry, they receive new applications from potential employees on a daily basis.
It is unclear whether the demand for house cleaning in Sugar Land will be replicated across the rest of Texas, but there is little doubt that the Houston Metro Area is now a critical region for the industry.
Ready Set Maids is a local Houston Texas Cleaning Company and not a franchise. They cover all the Houston metro areas. All their revenue stays in Texas. House Cleaning - The Benefits When It Comes To Selling

A property in a very sought after location was on the market. This property was a two bedded town house. The owner considered that because of its location he would have no trouble selling it and therefore it was not worth time or money in rectifying its defects.

The house had previously been let. The tenants had disappeared in the middle of the night owing several months rent. Rather than re-let the property the owner decided to put it on the market. 12 weeks later and after 50  viewings not a single offer had come in. The agent finally convinced the seller to get the property cleaned up, its only defect!

This is when we, Sparkle Cleaning Services were called in. Judging by what we found in the house the previous tenant had been something of a regular drinker! Much of it was still sticking to the kitchen floor! Also they were firm favourites of fried food as the cooker hob was caked in a thick layer of grease that had overflowed onto the floor and mixed with the beer! All the window frames had a nice line in mould growing on them, and most of the rooms had become an absolute haven for spiders. The bathroom was unmentionable just leave it at disgusting.

So our cleaning service team arrived on a Saturday morning 7.30am, 12 bin liners, two vacuum cleaner bags, 2 litres of descaler, 1 litre of oven cleaner, 1.5 litres of heavy duty degreaser, 3 litres of general purpose cleaner (with bactericidal agents) and 50   cleaning clothes later we were putting the finishing touches to the property (11.15) when the estate agency arrived with a potential purchaser for a viewing.

By 12.30 apparently the sale of the property had been agreed upon for the full asking price. So the £140 was a very worthwhile investment!

Now very few houses put on the market are in that category but most could benefit from a good deep clean and who wants to do that before moving out?
